Hi, Whirlpool Washer mdl # LST7233AQ0. Washer will not drain in regular cycle, but drains fine in permanent press and gentle cycles. Timer indexes fine through all cycles, but does not start the pump in the regular cycle. It just sits idle for the 2 minute drain cycle, and then goes directly to spin (with a full tub of water). It spins fine. There is only a problem with the stationary drain period in the "regular wash" cycle. Thank you

ANSWER Hello Brian, This sounds like a burned set of contacts in the timer 285938. It should be the only thing different in the circuit during the regular cycle.
