Can a faulty Timer cause a no heat situation with the dryer? I have replaced the coils & the igniter but continue to have no igniter glow or function. There is electrical output (120V) at the connector for the igniter. This output goes down to almost 0 when I run the dryer. Any suggestions?

ANSWER Hello. Test the thermal fuses and flame sensor. You can test these with a multi-meter TJMA-DM1. They should read closed for continuity. Hope this helps.
