Dryer will not start. My husband checked the fuse, door switch and start button with a volt meter and all is well. If I buy the timer assembly and it does not fix the problem can the part be returned?
ANSWER Hello Maureen. Yes, it can be returned, but most of the time, this is due to a bad motor, not the timer. He needs to test the motor on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
