When the appliance is plugged in all the lights come on inside but the refrigerator makes no noise and does not get cold at all.
ANSWER Hello Rick,
The unit may be in defrost. The defrost cycle should be no longer than 35 minutes on average. If the unit has been plugged in for this long without kicking back on, you should try manually advancing the defrost timer to see if it will kick on. If it does, the defrost timer motor has likely failed and the defrost timer will require replacement. If it doesn't come back on, we will need a model number off of the units' I.D. tag to pull the wiring diagram so we can give you a logical diagnosis.
