I don't know if I need Part ap3018866 or ap3956258. I turned the knob and didn't have the "click click sound". Took the knob off, a little piece of small "round" plastic was broken. Thanks for any help you can give me.
ANSWER N.K, you will need to inspect the two parts to verify which one has broken. Both can cause the knob not to turn the timer. There is a kit available, part number 280193. This kit will include the timer knob and the dial. This should fix your issue. Thanks!
