How do i replace the timer knob on my sear washer (model # 110.24832200? The dial and guard broke and I need to replace it, but the timer knob needs to come off to do so.

ANSWER Hello Tom. Make sure the knob is pressed in and access the back of the timer 8539991. Hold the clip on the back of the timer and pull the knob 3364290 off the timer shaft. Hope this helps.
