Our dryer did not shut off this morning. Once I turned the timer switch to the next off position it shut off. Now it only works on low temp. with no heat at all!! Could this be timer? Thank you!

ANSWER Wes, Depending on the cycle you selected, If the dryer doesn't heat, the timer won't advance. You may want to slide the dryer out and check for a damaged heater element 279838 or open thermal fuse 279816 or wire.
