I ordered and replaced two receptacles for my Kennmore stove. I watched the replacement video twice beforehand. The work was straightforward and relatively easy. Now these two burners don't work (they both work sporadically prior to replacement). The two older ones that I did not replace still work fine. I double checked my wiring (as best I could since the heat sleeve is in place) to no avail. I've done loads of electrical work so I know my connections were done correctly. So frustrating! Help!
You will want to check the burner switches to ensure that they are sending power to the receptacles. If you access the control panel and test from h1 to h2 with the burner in the on position and the power on to the unit you should read 240 vac. If there is not 240 vac then the switches are bad and would need to be replaced.
