Replaced receptacles. All burners on, but light still on and oven cleaner will not work displaying?

ANSWER Hello Charles. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control board is bad. You will need to test for power coming to the control board. If there is power there, and the display does not work, replace the control board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
