i need to know how to lift top lid to replace switch.do you lift from the front or rear. do you have to remove any parts in order to raise top cover.

ANSWER Bob, Raising the top of the washer is a bit involved, Remove the dispenser door and bezel on the top. Remove the loading door, and front panel, remove the two hold down clips then you can raise the top. We're sending you some additional information, that will be a great help to you.
