My refrigerator door won't close properly, when you close the door it bounces back open. You have to press it tightly to make sure is closed. If you open the freezer door and close it, the other side will open. It doesn't have any suction, however the rubber seems fine.
ANSWER Hi Debbie. Are your hinges free and working good? Make sure there is not any stuck open bins or food hanging out to hold the doors open. Some people tilt the unit sightly back so the doors fall naturally shut. Is your unit level? Units are sealed so well that they will normally act this way . If we can assist further, please let us know. Thank you,.
