I am replacing the thrust bearing kit,and snub ring on the washer. Before I reassemble it ,tub is on the ground, if I grab the agitator, should it turn a little bit and then bind to a stop? I am not sure how the transmission is supposed to feel. Your reply is most appreciated. Thanks Dave

ANSWER Hello Dave. No, the brake is on and the transmission 35-6680 should not turn. Hope this helps.
