How difficult is the outer tub shell to replace and is it worth it or should I just go get another machine ?

ANSWER Jim, It's a pretty involved procedure. It takes approximately two hours or more to perform, if all goes well, but is doable for a basic " do it yourselfer" with basic hand tools. We would have sent you some more information, but you forgot to attach an e mail address. Thanks
