On the under side of washer there are two plastic tubes hanging under front and rear they have two pins in them are they broken or what are these?

ANSWER Hello Heidi. The pins in the cups are used for lining up the floater plate. They are not broke. Once the plate is lined up correctly, the pins drop in the cups for use at a later time if a repair is needed. Hope this helps.
