I'm all set to order 2 rear drum rollers (P/N 12001541) now I'm not sure if that will cure the dragging noise on start up. When I start the dryer it makes a dragging, stuttering noise that within a minute or so disappears. This appliance is >20yrs old and I have never replaced the rollers and bearings.

ANSWER Hello Tony,
Other than checking the Front felt seal 314820 to make sure that it is not torn or worn the rollers would be what you would want to replace.
