ANSWER Hello Hector! Make sure that the washer is not being overloaded and also make sure that you have the correct water temp coming into the unit. Hot water should be at 120 degrees and cold water should be above 50 degrees. Also make sure you are not using too much detergent for the load selected. Hope this helps!
