My question was answered 23Jan13. This is a follow-up. I tried to tighten the filter I had replaced a week ago as suggested and it would not yield further. However I replaced the filter with the by-pass cover and everything worked fine. Would this indicate a faulty filter (it was new a week ago) or faulty filter head assembly?
ANSWER Hello Luis. Based on the information you provided, the filter head will need to be replaced on the unit.
