What Part forces the fabric softener to be dispensed? The Bleach dispenses. This washer has had this problem ever since it was purchased.

ANSWER Hi Stan. Do You Have the Rinse Cap that is blue and "fits" into the top area of your fabric dispenser? If Not then you will need part # 34001401. This will help guide the softner travel. If this is not the issue then you will need to replace the water valve part # 34001151.Hope this helps. Thank You.
