I talked to the lady on the chat line and I am trying to see if the water valve is not working she said to unplug it, how can I unplug it does she mean unplug the power to it or what ?
ANSWER Robert, She probably meant to say, to unplug the connector on the water valve, Then You'd want to attach a multi meter leads or test light to the wire connectors and test cycle the ice maker, ( remove the white plastic cover on the front of the ice maker and use a 3 inch piece of wire to jump the T and H openings) to see if there was voltage to the fill valve. If the voltage is there you'll need a new fill valve, if not you will need to check the wires to the valve or replace the ice maker. Thanks
