Can the vent assembly cause the dishwasher to overheat, therefore causing the thermal fuse to blow? I've blown two thermal fuses in 72 hours, both times with standing water at the bottom.
ANSWER Hello Randall. If the vent assembly is not opening, it could cause an issue. Make sure you replace the wires sent with the new fuse, or the fuse will continue to blow in the units. This is the reason the wiring is sent with the fuse 8193762.
