My 3rd level (upper) assembly (plastic disc and washer) fell into my dishwasher this morning. The washer obviously goes in the flat side of the disc, but I don't know if the flat side of the disc faces the floor or the ceiling, and I don't know if there is another piece missing because I can't get the part to stay on the pin hanging down. ANSWER Hello Connie! The flat side of the third level wash arm 3379369 will face the floor of the dishwasher. This will install to the back wall of the dishwasher on the third level feed tube 9743958. Hope this helps!
