Is there suppose to be a clip or cap or some mechanism on the end of the descending plastic shaft of the third level wash arm to retain the plastic disk and stainless steel washer? If not, how are they kept on the shaft? Thanks in advance for your response. Leo

ANSWER Hello Leo. The disk and washer snaps on to the support shaft. If they are falling off, you will need to replace the wash assembly. Hope this helps.
