Hello, I suspect I have a bad wash motor, but would like an expert opinion. My dishwasher is randomly not completing a full wash cycle and I believe it is getting more frequent. I performed the "Field Service Test" by pressing the "Heavy Wash" key 5 times then pressing the "Start" key. This test passed the first time I tried it with a cold dishwasher. I then ran the dishwasher in the "Light Wash Cycle" mode. The dishwasher stopped about 8 minutes into its 10 minute Heated-Wash step. I restarted and canceled to drain it. I ran it a 2nd time in the "Light Wash Cycle" mode. This time it stopped about 5 minutes into its 10 minute Heated-PreWash step. I restarted and canceled to drain it. I ran it a 3rd time in the "Light Wash Cycle" mode. This time it stopped as soon as it entered into the 10 minute Heated-PreWash step. I restarted and canceled to drain it. I performed the "Field Service Test" again as before with a hot dishwasher. This test failed and the illuminated LED's, Clean & Light Wash, called out a "Low Motor Current" failure. I Hope I am wrong, but everything is telling me the wash motor windings may be breaking down as it gets hotter and hotter. Could it be anything else? Thanks for your time, Chip H.
