Washer will not pump out water on spin cycle. I've reached under and can spin the pulley, but it's not free and easy. that being said, it still had the belts and hoses attached. When running on spin cycle the drum does spin around but there is no water being pumped out and there is a smell of rubber burning. What do you suppose it is? Any help you can provide is great. thanks

ANSWER Hi Dan. Remove the belts and then turn the motor part # W10411000 ,pump part # 6-2022030 . Use a shop vac and towels to pick up the water when you remove the pump and see if anything internal is stopping the pump vanes from turning. Is the motor not turning freely or is the motor glides starving for a light greasing so the glides will slide. Check belts for wear, if needed order 12112425. Let me know how to assist in the future.
