Hi my washer is three years old I've moved a couple of times so not sure if this caused the problem. The washier will wash, then drain but when she goes into the spin it makes a very loud noise sounds like something is stripping. I've hooked up my washer last week done three loads of laundry not a problem. The last to loads I've done It made this noise and I pressed stop right away lifted the cover everything seen to be balanced then pressed start and she spun good. I got a flash light and looked under the washer and see some white plastic bits and a silver nut was on the floor and I know the floor was clean before the washer went in. Please advise

ANSWER Hello Paul. Reinstall the pulley onto the bottom of the unit. Use loctite on the nut assembly for the pulley.
