There is a very loud repetitive noise only spinning cycle but not in regular washing cycles. I am wondering what part of washer cause this issue.

ANSWER Hello Sungwon. Check and see if the drive block 389140 is worn and bad in the unit. If so, it will cause the problems you are having. Hope this helps.
