Washer running in full load all of the sudden stop I can hear the motor sounds like grinding (not metal grinding). Move the wheel on spin all I hear is humming and grinding. Empty the load move the wheel to drain the water pump seems working able empty the water. Tip over the washer check the coupler it turn by hand I check the motor to be sure it is spinning.

Duke for Model Number 110.23032100

ANSWER Hello Duke. Remove the motor from the gear box and make sure the brackets for the coupling are good and are not broken. If they are good, and the unit is making a noise and not spinning, you will need to check and see if the clutch 8299642 is bad on the unit and will need to be replaced. If the clutch is good, and the coupling is good, then the gear box 3360629 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Hope this helps.
