I am having intermittent problems with my washer spinning slowly or not spinning at all, other times it works fine. If this is due to a worn drive block, what specifically should I be looking for visually?
ANSWER Hello Kristen. To check the drive block in the unit, you remove the agitator and inner basket. Then check and see if the two notches in the block make up with the drive tube. If it is worn, replace the block. Here is a video to help you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsgl6PSQwtc&feature=player_embedded
