I don't mean to be uneducated but what does this part do? I am trying to find the problem with my washer. It seems to run all the cycles okay and the bearing seem to be okay (by the sounds of the spin cycle) but, when I open the door there is soap suds, lots of water and the laundry is sopping wet! What might the problem be? I have looked into the water pump thinking this may be the problem. When the washer is draining it sounds just a trickle is draining at a time. Please help the laundry pile is getting bigger everyday and now I have Mount Washmore!!!
ANSWER Hello This is the deflector 22004310 for the water entering the tub assembly. You will need to check and see if the pump or drain hose is clogged. If the pump is clear and the drain hose is clear, you will need to replace the drain pump assembly 22003059. Hope this helps.
