Water filter won't come out. What should I do? Won't pop up.

ANSWER Hello Cherry. You will need to press the water filter 4396841 back into the housing and then press the button again and push it all the way down. It should release the filter. If not, you will need to replace the filter housing W10121138 and the filter. Hope this helps.
