Came home one day and water was pouring all over the floor. Water was coming out of the bottom of the filter holder. There is a hole on the bottom side but it looks as if was made that way,clean cut lines. Is there a plug that has come out? Do I need to replace the filter holder? What about reconnecting the two lines ?

ANSWER Hi Esmithk. When the water filter is clogged the water pressure will back up and break the water filter head assy. part # 2186443. Make sure you install a new filter part # 4396508. Thank You.
