I had leaking under the refrigerator in the back of the water filter housing. I ordered the housing from you & replaced it 5/11/12. I replaced the housing, but I still have a slight leak under the refrigerator. The filter was replaced within the last 9 months and the indicator stays green, so it indicates that it is okay. Could the O rings be bad on the filter and need replacing to stop the leaks?

ANSWER Hello Betty,
You are right on the money. They actually had an issue with the filters leaking at the "o" rings. Unfortunately, the "o" rings are not available individually, so the filter will require replacement.
