Washer will not spin, but will fill with water, also the water inlet valve hummes loudly when you set the dial indcater to spin and pull knob. My thought is it may be the water inlet valve, I would appreciate some advice.

ANSWER Hello. It sounds like your motor 12002353 is the problem. Remove the front panel and see if it is the motor humming. If the water valve is humming, the timer 206228 would be the culprit. Hope this helps.
