Washer was filling up with water and stopped suddenly. Washer will not fill up with hot or cold water anymore. It will spin but not rinse. No noises are being made.
ANSWER Hello Dan,
You will want to check to make sure that there is power getting to the water valve. With the timer turned to the on position and supposed to call for water, check to make sure that you are getting 120vac to the valve. If the unit is not agitating at all then the water valve would need to be replaced. If the unit agitates but does not fill then the pressure hose may be clogged and you will want to check this. If it is clear then the pressure switch would be the cause of the unit not filling. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
