We recently switched out the dual water valves. My son took all the tubes off the old one and guessed where they were supposed to go on the new one. We had water running through the water & ice dispenser and switched out the 2 thin lines. Now we have water through the water dispenser but the ice maker has the same ice sitting there since yesterday. It is not knocking them out. Does this have anything to do with the tubes and how they might be connected?
ANSWER Hello Julia. If the valve is new, and there is ice in the icemaker, but it does not cycle, you will need to order and replace the icemaker in the unit.
