How are we suppose to attach the output hose the the valve? It looks like its just a push in and the line would come out without any effort.

ANSWER Hello Julian. You need to press down on the compression fittings on the water valve 2315576 to release the locking rings and be able to pull out the water lines. Make sure you are pressing and pulling the lines at the same time on the water valve. If not, the lines will not release from the water valve.
