My washer works fine until it reaches the rinse cycle. It does not fill back up with water and it makes a noise that sounds like a motor is running. What can I do?
ANSWER Hello Willie,
Check the screens in your cold water inlet valve and check for water pressure to the cold valve. You see, the rinse cycle fills only with cold water so this is the first suspect. If the water pressure is fine and voltage is getting to the valve when the unit should fill with cold water and it doesn't fill with cold water, the valve will be the issue. If the valve you were looking at is for the correct model, the 285805 will correct the issue.
