Soap is being left on the dishes. I have cleaned all the screans and all is clear. The unit fills with water when it's first started but it dose not get water for the other cycles I open the door and there is no water. You can here the pumps cavitation from lack of water Is it the control board, water control valve? The valve works because water enters and is at the correct level at startup.

ANSWER Eric, You're on track, It more likely you have a weak solenoid on the fill valve W10158389 or sticky float or float switch 8268895, 8268909 that could cause the dishwasher to not fill in the later fill cycles.
