Water seems to be leaking from behind the cover in the back wall of the interior of the freezer. It is dripping onto the floor of the freezer and forming a layer of ice. The ice is forming very slowly. It takes days for the ice to cover the bottom of the freezer. It does not appear to be coming from the ice maker. The ice flow continued to grow even after I shut off the ice maker. Any ideas?

ANSWER Hello Stephen, you may have a clogged drain tube 2304937. Frost from the evaporator is melted during the defrost cycle and drains down into the drain pan at the bottom of the refrigerator. If the drain tube becomes clogged, it cannot drain out. Hope this helps!
