About a year ago, I'd ordered replacement wheel-upers. While trying to install them, I broke some of the plastic parts off of each one. I'm now ordering another pair. How can I put these in without breaking them - the plastic is quite flimsy.

ANSWER Hello Lisa. The Wheels 8561996 snap onto the rack assembly. They are really not any tricks to it, just be careful when snapping them to the wires of the rack. You can hold them at a twisted angle and then rotate the wheel assembly to snap it into place on the unit.
