Washer stopped draining the other night and started flooding room, lifted hood, put screwdriver in hold down switch access to activate spin cycle, water spinning over top of tub because still overfilling but not draining, although running at slower spin from full load of water now and clothes. Stopped and unplugged then started bucket brigade to bail out the washer. couldn't do anything to start the draining process.
Evidently after taking off the water pump, the shaft has separated from the vanes as it will turn and the vanes will not. Also looking at your video, my upper pipe w/o flapper valve is OD 1 3/4" and the upper valve id 15/8" which appears to look a lot different than the same part you are selling ASS'Y 3363892, my item # 3352493. If this is the case do you sell reduction hoses for the smaller outlet to work with my machine, ser # CM0704070?
ANSWER Jack, All of our parts diagrams (including the manufacturers) indicate the correct drain pump for the model number you supplied is 3363892 / 3363892. Of course, over the years many components are revised and redesigned, "Washer Direct Drive 2 Port High Volume Pump With Check Valve. Both Ports Are The Same Size. Ports Are 1 3/4", but if there was a drastic change, any additional parts required would be included with the part. The pump now has a check valve, which the original may not have had. You shouldn't have any issues installing the replacement pump.
