not sure if i need to replace clutch or drive motor coupler assembly....tub does not spin unless it is manually given a push to start. Tub does drain well.
ANSWER Debrah, You most likely need to replace the clutch assembly 285785 and need to check and clean the brake shoe pads and rollers
285438 You'll need to remove the motor coupling 285753A in order to remove the gearcase and access the clutch, etc. You can check the coupler components at that time and repalce it if there are any worn or bent, cracked tabs on the coupler.
