I replaced the motor coupling on a whirlpool top loader and when I got it all back together again it doesn't drain. Did I put it back together incorrectly?
ANSWER Hello Justin. If the unit spins, but does not drain, you will need to make sure you connected the pump to the front of the motor. If it does not spin, you need to check and make sure you plugged the lid switch back up.
