I ordered a direct drive pump for my washer from you (Part #3363394) and replaced it last night after watching your installation video. It looked fairly straight-forward and I was able to get the old one off, replace the new one and put the washer back together. However, when I started a small load to see if it would leak like the old one did (reason for replacing), once the washer filled with water and started agitating, there was a noise that I have never had before (especially louder when I use the "heavy-duty" agitation instead of "normal"). I don't know what I could've installed improperly as all I touched was the drive pump. Any ideas? Thanks!
ANSWER Hello Jenny. Check and make sure the pump is seated properly onto the motor shaft and the flat spots on the pump match the motor shaft.
