I have checked heating element.2 thermostat,wiring and my surge is running 242 and my timer is has been tested and i bought a new fuse and still will not heat up.

ANSWER Hello Chrystal. If the timer is good, and all other parts are good, and wiring is good, you will need to replace the motor on the unit.
