Hi, I have no heat from my dryer. I opened the back panel and the terminal block at the top center is burnt on the 240v lug. The red wire burned up from the block to the lug and down and inch or two. I have continuity across the thermal fuse and the heat element, but only 10 ohms across the element with the fuse disconnected. Any suggestions?
ANSWER Hello Mike. Based on the information you provided, you will need to replace the terminal block and then repair the burnt wire on the unit. There was a loose connection to cause this issue with the unit.
