No heat,I have replaced the heating element,the thermal fuse,cycling thermostat and the hi limit thermostat and still no heat,the only thing I haven't replaced is the thermal cut off my Question is if I replace the thermal cut off do I have to also replace the hi limit thermostat that comes with it

ANSWER Hello Jim. Yes, replace both parts. If the unit still does not work, and there is 240 volts coming to the unit, it is either a bad timer or motor causing the issue.
