I can not get the water filter out? I am trying to turn it 1/4 turn clockwise and it will not budge! I tried going the other way too! How do I get filter out this has never happened before. I change filter 2x's a year?

ANSWER Hello Lisa! You will turn the filter cap to a vertical position and pull out on the filter. At times, the filter can build up suction to the filter housing. You will need to pull hard to get the filter out. Hope this helps, thanks!
