I installed a new diverter motor and included with it was this harness (fuse) but where does it install? It is not attached to the diverter motor and I do not see it any where around it. There is a this same harness shown in the door control panel but I do not see where the end connector plugs into? I am I to split it into the blue/yellow wire where the current harness is and use the end connecter to attach the current wires too?
ANSWER Michael, You're pretty much on track, You should install the fuse on the diverter motor. And yes you will need to "cut" the wire to the motor from the control board strip the ends of both wires and tightly attach them in the connector using the screws. The inline fuse will serve a couple of purposes, including a possible power surge damaging the control board,Good Luck and Thanks
