Purchased an actuator hoping that would fix the problem (dispenser not opening during cycle), but that didn't solve the problem. Put a meter to the wiring, but not sure what the voltage through the line is at this point in the assembly. Didn't register a reading at 10 - 150ac. If the control unit is bad, what are my options?

Answer Hello Dan. The only options you have is to either place the soap into the bottom of the unit at the start of the wash cycle, or replace the dishwasher unless you can find a used control or have your old control repaired. The contorl 647474 has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.
Thank you for answering my q. about actuator, it's works! But no power coming to wax motor, actually no GND. I cheked wire is ok. Control unit maybe broken? My problem at the beginning no power to water inlet valve.

Answer Hello Boris. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the control module 647475 is bad in the unit. Make sure all the wiring is good. The module has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. Thanks.
How can I verify my actuator? I mesured resinstance 2.47 kOhms. I connected to 110v directly no any move. Thank you, Boris

Answer Hello Boris. If you applied power to the actuator 166635, it takes it about 2 minutes to move. If it does not, it will need to be replaced. You can also test for power coming to the actuator. If there is power there, then it is bad. Hope this helps.
